Game Guidelines
We don't have a lot of rules when it comes to our players enjoying our game, however there are some key things you need to remember when signing up. Please keep the following guidelines in mind when conversing with anyone in the community or playing the game.
Account Limits
We allow our players to create free accounts to join in on the fun, and we allow only one account per registered user. If you have a family member that shares your internet and they would like to play, you need to notify us before they register. Our system flags all duplicate accounts and you could end up being banned for multiple registrations from the same IP address.
Game Bugs
If for any reason you encounter a problem with the website that is causing it to act strangely or you are otherwise gaining too much when you know you shouldn't be, you are to notify us immediately of the error. Taking advantage of any bugs in the game for your own benefit will lead to you being banned from the game permanently.
Player Respect
As with any game or online community, there are going to be situations where you feel you can't deal with another player. We understand this, and we appreciate that everyone was created with their own opinions. We will not, however, tolerate any disrespect towards other members that create a hostile environment for any of our players.
Staff Respect
We do everything we can to create an equal and balanced playing field for all players, and we understand that some things can happen to prevent us from making a fair decision for all parties involved in a situation. We are all human, and some of us still make mistakes. If you find that any of our decisions were unfair or you feel you were treated incorrectly, we're open to hear your suggestions as to how we could have handled the situation better. However, we will not tolerate condescending and hateful tone towards any of our staff members for any reason.
Also remember that these guidelines can change with or without notice at anytime. It is your responsibility as a player to stay up to date with the latest changes to this list. Ignorance of the rules does not disqualify you from having to follow them.
